• Firebox constructed of refractory bricks, 70 cm wide.

* 2 HP German CW motor and 2 HP Korean-made inverter, enclosed in transparent glass.

• First layer: 40 cm wide internally, 60 cm wide externally, powered by a 1.5 HP German CW motor.

• Zigzag chain drive, 6 mm sheet thickness, with a 1 HP Korean inverter, enclosed in stainless steel. Felt belts.

• Gears: 60 hardness steel.

• Coupe layer: 75 cm wide internally, 1 meter clear externally.

Rollers: Hard steel with a chrome warranty.

• Insulation: Wool, ceramic wool, and glass wool.

This includes a temperature resistance of 1200°C internally and 40°C externally. The 1 HP CW motor and the Korean-made inverter operate mechanically and are enclosed in stainless steel.

* Renovated exterior with stainless steel, it has a 250-gallon tank. The first fermenter is 40 cm wide internally and 60 cm wide externally.
